2. Components and Function
This line is mainly used for the steel’s uncoiling, levelling, cut to length, windrowing, it can prepare the blank for the pressing and cold forming.
1.Decoiler
Structure Four connecting bar manual adjustment, with damping device.
Specification 520max×1350
Function introduction: point the cylindrical bore at the center of the decoiler, mechanical mandrel-type decoiler will expand by the mandrel pushing the drive, and tension the coil. The decoiler is with brake band device, manual adjust the braking force to achieve the expanding decoiling.
2. Extractive levelling machine
Function level the uneven steel and direct the steel to the next process.
Structure consist of 15 levelling rollers,actuating device, 2 pinch rollers and the machine frame.
Function of the support rollers: make the levelling roller force balance, and reduce the wear of the levelling roller.
Driving mode All the rollers is driven by the 22kw frequency control of motor speed through independent joint and gear box.
Working piece process Raw material GCr15—tempering--- rough machining---finish machining.
Function introduction Levelling the steel sheet. Two layer’s working rollers,9 up and 10 down. Two layer’s support rollers to strengthen the strength of the main levelling rollers. The motive power is driven by the frequency control of motor speed, through the gear reducer, gear distributor box and coupling to make each working roller to be initiative, the running speed is stepless speed regulation, and it can achieve scale length auto cutting.
3. Hydraulic plate shearing machine
1) Cutting mode hydraulic brake up to down cutting.
2) Cut automatical according to the signal order send by the feeder.
3) Drive cut by the hydrocylinder.
4) To cut different thickness, use manual gap adjusting design.
5) Four sides cutter, alloy steel material, it can cut 3*1000mm steel safely after heat treatment.
Function coordinate with the whole line to cut precisely; accordinate the servo set length’s feeding and the NC cutting device to achieve the purpose of cutting.
.4. Transport device
Transport belt: the conveyor contains the hign tension fiber, antiskid and wear-resisting.
Motor 1.5kw speed regulation moter with cycloid reducer transmission.
Physical construction: consist of steel plate and U-bar.
5. Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system working pressure:6.3-16Mp
Function: Adopt 24V safe voltage to control the hydralic control element, finish the control action with the electrical equipment and coordinate the line be automation.
6. Hydraulic system
The whole line adopt centralized control, main operation has the feature of length setting, digital display, automatic counting, high or low speed adjustment, manual material guiding, auto-feeding, continuous cutting, failure warning,ect. Use digital blending control,PLC control system to control the machine, the operation panel adopt touch screen control.
