introduced  Slitting line mainly composed of uncoiler, feeder, slitter and recoiler. Its function is to slit a wide coil to stated width strips coil along with the length direction which can be used for milling, welding pipe, cold bend froming, stamping as billet. At same time, changing different material blade can slit various metal coils!

Slitting machine

Power part: This is composed of power-stand, 400decelerator, motor:11KW, gear distributing case, coupler, spindle, connecting-cover, etc. 

Host machine: This is composed of bottom-stand, fixed torii,, knife pivot(150mm, 2pcs), knife pivot lifting and pressing down adjustment device, accompany of  blade, separating cover, rubber band.

 

2. payment terms  deposit 30% with the contract ,the balance deposit before the shipment.

3. spare parts  the one set of knife ,and some sealed loops . one manual book in English .
